i have a question. so the Turks that live in like, Turkey and stuff... do they understand at least a little bit of this language?

Yes Uyghur Language and Turkey Language very similar language bacause Turkic language :)

Yes. They understand perhaps more than a little. There are over 35 turkic languages though, and Turkey and Xinjiang are located in the Westermost and Easternmost part of the Turkic-speaking world respectively so it's like comparing Portuguese and Romanian languages in case of the romance languages. Turkey's turkish is most similar to the Azerbaijan's azeri language while Uyghur is most similar to the Uzbekistan's uzbek language.
