In October 2021, Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on charges of drug possession. The arrest sparked a huge controversy, with many people believing that Khan was targeted because of his father's fame.
The NCB claimed that they had received a tip-off that a rave party was being held on a cruise ship, the Cordelia, and that drugs were being consumed. They raided the ship and arrested Khan and several others.
Khan was released on bail after spending 22 days in jail. The case is still ongoing, and it is unclear whether he will be convicted.
In recent months, there have been allegations of corruption against Sameer Wankhede, the NCB officer who led the raid on the Cordelia. Wankhede has denied the allegations, but he has been transferred to a different post.

At the time of the incident, people were blindly justifying NCB as that agency is there to say what's right and what's wrong. But corruption is so deep rooted and infected in places where normal people seek justice. My gut says, if it was not Shah Rukh Khan's son and some other star's son, they would suffer more from this corrupted system. The justice system in India is wacky- If no drugs were found on him , how can they check his phone ? What gives them that right without a court order? Secondly Since those personal chats were "fruits of the poisonous tree" they shouldn't have been admissible in court in the first place. We all make jokes on WhatsApp and if they start convicting people on the basis of jokes made in WhatsApp chats , then half the country would be in jail. Also according to human rights conventions all interrogation should be done with at least a lawyer present , however when he was forced to name his friends that was due to not only mental but also physical pressure. All in all it was a joke, a mockery , a smokescreen in order to distract the public from the real issues like the farmer's protests , or the 20000 crore drug bust at the property of the government's second largest godfather. Why wasn't he hauled in jail like Aryan and his phone checked and why wasn't he physically pressured to name names. They may think the public is a fool that doesn't understand anything but little do they know !

Don't you think he is new in its kind of YT community by being a neutral dalla....A B&D influencer... I just noticed now that he has not made any video on wrestlers protest.... against gangster, rapist like brij bhushan... While on other hand he was very quick in making video on atiq ahmed...which I appreciate... Don't you think he is either phattu and definately not a neutral...

Sir, i respect your opinion but there is a possibility as you have an opinion, he might have also an opinion about it, since Bhushan's is not proven wrong yet as the case in process. or another opinion may be his video is in process about the case... All have their opinion but I respect him as he doesn't present video with half information.

I was also supporting wrestlers but now many politics happening there, famer protest people is also there, now wrestlers themselves posting farmer support on Twitter. Some others religion asking Azadi, some blaming modi , some blaming Brahmins,... The protest has become blurred image.
The way you present thing is way more understanding and also way more easy to grab. Happy to be a subscriber of you siirr ☺️

If you watch this case closely.. This case happened during farmer's protest where Four farmers killed as car in Union minister of state for home affairs BJP's Ajay Mishra’s son was travelling in Uttar Pradesh.. It is all connected.. Maybe it was not planned earlier but later on media used this case to divert the attention from farmer protest. This incident happens on 2nd Oct 2021 and Four farmers were killed on 3rd October 2021. And the protest was ended during the same Aryan's case in December...

I have met this public servant regularly while he was stationed as custom officer in Mumbai airport in 2011… I was a cabin crew with a Indian airline at that time …, I swear in all the years of service I have never met a more egotistical man in uniform ever… he was not doing his Job he used to power trip… And had a God complex.. in one instance a captain had a discounted golf club … which had a 7£ tag … and no bill… was seized by Mr Sameer… when the captain refused to pay duty and surrendered the stick to the customs … he used the same stick to check crew bags … waving our undies (bra included ) in the open, to embarrass the captain and crew .. so unprofessional … this wasn’t the only instance…he would regularly attack celebrities for bringing in perfumes from duty free… he also took duty from the winning Indian cricket team for the World Cup… He is fame hungry … and not a saint … coz I don’t know any custom / government official who owns a Rolex Daytona with their regular salaries… he also owns a liquor license… when govt officials are not allowed to own one … so don’t feel sorry for him … karma is real.. he messed with the wrong party to find out …
