Today, I wanted to share with you a track that I composed in Summer 2022!
"Innocent Cry" is a theme that I composed for a guatemaltecan character whose name is "Noah Chan", I have played in a TT called "Seed" created by a friend of mine!
(Anime fans and manga fans, if you are here, "Chan" is not the japanese suffix you are familiar with but the family name 😄)
Through this theme, I wanted to convey the emotional state of Noah, a character whose family has been assassinated by...very bad people! (I didn't came up with a good game for them in Noah's backstory unfortunatly 😅)
Since this tragedy, Noah has lived with many regrets in his heart, judging that "all happened because of him"!
Even after many years, in his nightmares, he still hears the sound of the weapons that killed his family...
That's the idea behind the title and the atmosphere of "Innocent Cry"!
Objectively speaking, I wasn't sure whether I should share this track because of the mixing that I wasn't entirely convinced about, but then, I figured it doesn't matter that much since it represents what I was able to do back then at maximum in this style!
(Fun fact: it has been here on the channel since 2022, but I struggled to motivate myself not to leave it unlisted forever!)
This track is probably one of the most somber /sad tracks that I composed until now, I hope you will enjoy despite that and the mixing! 😅
