And let's not forget the topography, The whole Capital area is filled with landslide prone zones. Imagine yourself instead of them. Don't blame people lamely when they're already in so much pain.

It's a high time there should be proper itanagar city guide lines for constructing building. The topography of itanagar area is very much pron to landslide. And improper earth cutting makes it even more hazardous.
