Se adelanta o se atrasa? Como está eso? El director nunca se adelanta o se atrasa. Los que se atrasan o se adelantan es la orquesta. La orquesta debe seguro al director. El tiempo muchas veces se deja al criterio del director y de acuerdo al sentimiento que el director quiere emanar de la orquesta.

Elegance to the max. It is so so nice to see a female conductor, it seems rare.

Being in an orchestra we are supposed to watch the conductor. Mission accomplished, I couldn't take my eyes off her and her total engagement with the piece and the orchestra.

While that may be the case for Western Classical and European music, music with more complex rhythm/s like Stravinsky or Marquez is more challenging for orchestras as a whole.

As an American, I am proud of her being even associated with our country for a time. We owe so much to Mexico and its culture. She is an artist, and her canvas is the orchestra. What I have seen of her work has been bringing American (all American) work to life. Maybe, as a country, we can someday again be worthy of the joy and spirit of that music.

Look at that beautiful looking and great conuctor, she is not only using the hand move, also she is using an emotional movement and facial expressions to conduct the orchestra. Just amazing! This kind of new approach to conduct it seems to me a great success to attract people's attention and help them to have a very good time.♥️⚘🍷 I just like her very - very much. I disagree, she isn't really conducting. If you look closely, none of the musicians are even watching her because of the 'expressive conducting'. It may look fancy, but in all reality it is useless.

Alondra de la Parra is one of those conductors who, when you see them in action, look less like they’re directing an orchestra and more like they’re casting spells. Certainly, this IS a spellbinding performance!

Sign me up for south of the border. I am currently in an orchestra playing this piece and it simply rocks. The moment you are referring to is overwhelmingly emotional in the orchestra.

j'ai écouté l'orchestration de 2012 après celle ci et je l'ai trouvé triste. Cette version ci est ma préférée Cette femme à complètement changé, en un pur bonheur. Arturo y est magnifié !!!

Я захоплююся цією жінкою. Вона неймовірна! В неї завжди оркестр ідеально виконує твори. Кожна дрібниця пророблена, виграна просто ідеально. Я знайома зі специфікою роботи диригента, адже це моя друга спеціальність, основна це теоретична. Тому я в цьому прошарена і знаю про що говорю.

I just discovered this on the Irish radio today (not this version), had never heard of Arturo Marquez before. Blew my head off, what a composition.

Esa mujer hace como quiere la batuta... Y por consecuencia a la orquesta... Me encantó. Me encantó la interpretación de la música que nos ofreció.

Está es una pieza unica que debe de ser admirada por muchas más personas, así mismo esta es una de las mejores interpretaciones que ha existido
