Minifreak Firmware V2 adds many interesting features, including the introduction of the Wavetable Engine, with 32 new waveforms, the new SuperUnison effect, the new Favorites Panel functionality to quickly access your favorite presets and much more.

Thanks for making this video ....I had originally downloaded the demo ....played with it a little bit ....but chose pigments instead to purchase ... because its presets have a more readily available good sounding quality ....but I updated the demo of minifreak .....and after hearing these new patches ....I think that I will upgrade my V collection 9 to 10 ....and get the minifreak .... instead of just forking over $200 .... for one plugin ...
Another great demo. Great choice of presets played very well.... with tasteful modulations. Well done 👏 ✔️

Thank you for making this video, its exactly what I was hoping to see! How many new sounds are there on the updated version? I was wondering if you could help me find the best most succinct guide to updating my mfreak to the new version? Also, any advice you have about the update process would be greatly appreciated as I have heard some people have had problems and i dont want to make any mistakes

Hello, thank you very much for your kind words, I appreciate it very much. Therefore, the new update contains 64 new patches and if I remember correctly also two additional free sound banks that you will find in the new Store section of Minifreak V. As regards the update procedure, I only followed the procedure indicated by Arturia and I had no no problem. Perhaps to avoid risks it is better to wait for a bug fix which I think will arrive soon.

I updated with no issues. You have to update the app first then it will pop up when you plug in to computer via usb
