Two years ago, my first trip to Russia leads me to Perm. I wanted to go to a city that is not so well known in Europe and that is not yet so western shaped but still carries the Russian life in itself. I immediately felt in love with this city which embodies for me the typical Russian soul - unapproachable, rough, sometimes unfriendly, thoughtful - but if you deserve their friendship, you have the best friends in the world. So i came back last year and i had the same great feeling again - funny, but after two times in Perm, i felt like coming home. I hope more people will join this interesting city with the great old and new art work, museums, restaurants with food from different regions of Russia and of course the wonderful river Kama. I am looking forward to be back soon - all the best from Austria to the wonderful people of Perm
