Speaking for myself, I've never been disappointed with your casts even if the games are short. It's nice to see how the shorter games choices are different from the longer ones.

I watched the compilation of artosis reactions and snow's commentary. it's hilarious. he was counting those dragoon shots. the feet and hand clap at the end sealed the deal.

I was watching the stream when the game against snow happened. Some context: It is part of the gauntlet of the apes. The format is a lineup of players known to the stream (for instance, TT1, snow, gypsy) but under aliases so that the viewers and Artosis (RT) do not know who they are when the game happens but we will know at the end of the gauntlet. (RT guesses the player at the end of all the games). They all play protoss in the gauntlet but they may not main protoss otherwise. I don't remember who organizes the matchup; but it's organized by RTs editor or one of his mods. So not everyone can join the game, it's invitational. They are Apes because in many cases, protoss can just produce units and A(pe)-move them into the terran without microing or having a sensible build order and still win. Each game is a best of 1. But RT can transform up to 2 of those Bo1 into best of 3 at the end of the first game. The idea is of the gauntlet is to test the hypothesis that it can be really hard to beat a protoss in a Bo1 even if they don't really know what they are doing. (Even though some players are actually good protoss players, or excellent in the case of snow) Between the Ape meme and the fact that the players are not known to RT when they play they come under stupid names like "InvisibleApe" or "ChadApe". On Nemesis, the assimilator and eggs is set up so that as long as the assimilator and eggs are up, only workers can go through. If the eggs are destroyed then small units (marines, vultures, ghosts, DTs?) can go through. But if you destroy the assimilators then the path is forever shut. It is possible because assimilators are smaller than vespene geysers. And the map is made so that the geysers are unbuildable terrain, so you can not remake the assimilators after you destroy them. Also, I believe the map is called is a reference to Resident Evil. It is called Nemesis and the map looks like the Umbrella logo.

So what's the point of it all? To scientifically prove that Protoss is OP against Terran in Bo1 games or something? Brood War is over two decades old, and it's not exactly surprising that the game isn't necessarily all that balanced and refined. If anything, it's astonishing that this ancient game is as balanced as it is.

The other day, I watched, Artosis play against U-Thurmal, and U-Thurmal was playing his meme builds. Artosis was playing and talking about his end of the game. And all of the time that I was watching it, I was thinking... "Man! I'd like to watch this with Falcon Paladin casting. So, here I am... Asking Falcon Paladin if he could please cast that game. PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE!!!!!!!!

As a fastest map player back in like 2000 to 2005 or so, reaver and storm drops were always the bane of my existence in starcraft. Just watching them is frustrating.
