She's stated in the past that she can speak it a little bit but not fluently although she does resort to sometimes swearing in French because she picked it up from her dad. She was born deaf so I feel as if her main priority was learning English after getting her hearing

Hey, the problem there is that no one picks up vibes like Julia. As much as we all love to see her draw Pokémon, "what do your Julia eyes see" and "I love to hear you describe things" are phrases frequently heard on the show.
