It's likely AI will be used by cheapskates or a means to cut down on development time for games, by using their artists work as a basis. Artists have always tried to find shortcuts to cut down on time, especially digitally. Wouldn't be surprised they be used for NFTs

@Pol in kenexel I agree, abundance doesn't mean replacement, we still have people wearing traditional clothing and admiring classic paintings that cost millions, things that machines never built, after years and years of technological advancement. Artists will always have a place

The whistle tune sounds like a slightly tweaked version of savathun's song out of Destiny 2. They even have characters whistling it. Also yeah 100% AI is coming to destroy us all. Even primitive robots have already been working jobs for people for ages.

Yeah that's pretty accurate to how traditional digital artists are reacting to AI.

AI generated art won't replace art for one simple reason. It lacks direction, you tell it what to draw, and it tries its best, but it will never have exactly what people ask of it. Granted, sometimes it may be better idea how to show what the person wanted, but most often than not it will not be as satisfationary

Toon Boom Harmony for animating and After Effects for postproduction and compositing. Photoshop for painting the backgrounds 😁
