Hello Sir! Can I apply this idea by making an easel (I mean not a table easel) a easel that you don't need to put it on a table?

I swear I've been trying to find a video all week of how to make something like this if you're not an expert in carpentry and don't have all power equipment and I've had 0 luck so far lol I don't even know what type or size of wood to ask for

I'm confused by how to get the angle, since I'm making a smaller version of this which legs are 20 inches in length-
