Do you have to drill holes and use the anchor or is that not necessary? I noticed that you didn’t do that

I installed one and similar to you video, the mount is not flush to the ceiling. How do you fix the gap between the mounting bracket and the ceiling.

I left the gap and honestly never notice it. You could use some Chaulk to fill in the gap if it really bothers you.

I just got one of these lights for our restaurant. How do I control the brightness? Can I get any dimmer style switch?

Yes. Any dimmer will work. We use a Leviton smart dimmer. No issues.

Where did you get that beautiful wall cover...what is it called?

If you mean the ceiling cover plate. I'm not entirely sure. It came with the house when we bought it.

I heard it's dimmable, is there a way to control the light exposure from your fixture?

From the fixture itself, no. We control ours from a dimmable light switch.

What is the maximum cable distance? My ceiling is 15 feet high.

Do you have it on a dimmer? Mines a little yellowy when dimmed. But it's bright white at full power

Is it bright enough for a 200 sq ft room? White or yellow light?

Yes, plenty bright. We have ours on a dimmer to tone it down some. The light is white

@@theresal.2848 You can pull the unit all the way up to the base. We also have 8ft ceilings and have no issues but ours over our dining table.

The red and yellow wires shouldn't need to be dealt with? They are part of the wiring for the unit itself, unless yours have come undone.

This is the most expensive in their line of ribbon lights...
