Can a person in divorce proceedings refuse to answer questions on the ground that answers have a reasonable prospect of exposing his guilt in some other offence for which he is not yet charged?

Is protection given even to suspect or it was just a obiter by krishna J. ? If it is given to suspect why same protection is not given to someone who is arrested for gold has been confiscated from him by custom official? Offence is grave and evidence gathered is good enough to make it sure that enquiry will end in prosecution. Moreover when under 45G of banking companies act, when liquidator accuses director of a company with sufficient evidence of fraud against the company, why is this protection no given to such suspect as offence is grave and evidence gathered is strong? Plz plz respond dear study iq team!
