Unfortunately Speaking rude or illmannered is not punishable. However one can take an action for abusive language , eve-teasing, criminal intimidation.

Ms Ansari , this is the reason why Satyendra Jain is innocent. Benami Property Law came into existence in 2016 (which incidentally has a prospective effect). But, due to Art.20(1), any person who has purchased a benami property prior to 2016 cannot be convicted(?) If the answer is yes, then, are the 6 crore taxpayers of this country, idiots and stupid people?
Wonderful explanation 😀😀
