I have no friends from Atlanta and no interest in Atlanta sports. However, I have always liked the way Arthur Blank carries himself. He seems like a shark in the business world, but the kind of guy I could have a good conversation with. He's very likeable.

I like how all the employees are sending emails talking about how hard they work and get no where in company. They just release his book books 2018 and workers are mad. Those emails are being posted everyday from the thousands of workers. He had great idea, but his company got big with hard work and the loyalty from his workers.

My sister worked directly for Mr. Blank, many years. Very unique man. He was always very good to her. She passed away unexpectedly and Mr. Blank made sure everything was taken care of etc. Expressed genuine sympathy and care. The only time I ever spoke with a Billionaire, it wasn’t what I expected. Very kind and caring. Now I’m sure others would say different. At his level in the business World, I’m sure you can’t always be kind and caring but probably the opposite. I will say when he enters a room, you damn well know he’s someone. A huge presence.

You are so right. The ones that make the money for company is worker in store. His book is out. About how much he loves capitalism. While the ones that service his costumer only get paid 11 and never get full time position bc they don't want to give them benefits. .they want to make billions of dollar and forget the workers that keep the money coming to their pockets. Strike should happen or publish book about how bad it is to work in retail jobs .

My son who is in college and was working at Home Depot for 2 years, got multiple awards for above and beyond and promoted, got another award this morning (they said hardest working in the store) was fired later today for dispute with co-worker. Turns out it was on-line dispute on "his phone and off the clock" that got him fired and he did not start the dispute. So this will become a legal dispute from my standpoint Home Depot and let's see how the local news reports this.

Investors NEED to invest their money and they NEED to find managers/entrepreneurs who they feel have great promise. The history of many great businesses is the story of investors with real vision meeting real managers. Many people are called managers when they are merely administrators. That's what I understand from the viewpoint of looking back on more than 40 years in business.

As owner of the Atlanta Falcons, this man has received over $700 million in subsidies from Georgia taxpayers. That is completely ridiculous. His net worth is over $7 billion. He should not be getting hundreds of millions of dollars of taxpayer money that are supposed to go to roads, schools and police. It must be nice to be able to get free money from the public. Further analysis shows that he made a profit. Meaning that he didn’t need all the money they gave, he got extra and kept it. Atlanta taxpayers do not get a cut of the parking revenue, or restaurant revenue. Why do we think this is OK? Why should we be giving this man hundreds of millions of dollars for free to use to make himself richer? Maybe one day I will figure that out. But until then I will work and earn my own money.

Mr. Blank funds an Atlanta Children's hospital. There is some really unethical and disgusting things going on there. I also have audio of doctors threatening my 14 year old daughter and her dad. We were finally able to leave Georgia and move back to the Bergen County area near NYC and get out daughter good medical care. She has severe environmental allergies but docs grossly misdiagnosed her even though we had medical records to show a history of sinus issues. There is only one option for children in all of Georgia creating a situation with poor care and tyrannical behavior from the CEO, doctors, nurses and other staff. We have evidence we would be willing to share. Over the past year I'm finding a pattern that this hospital call children and family services on any parents who ask for a second opinion or merely disagree with medical personnel. Poor families with limited resources cannot afford a legal team to fight these false allegations made by the hospital. People are losing their children for sometimes years because of false allegations made by hospital personnel. Apparently in GA no evidence of any kind is needed for them to take your children and the hospital staff have figured this out. Our family would love an opportunity to speak with Mr. Blank about funding a competing health care system for children. Competition forces better care.
