If you go to the settings, there should be sound settings and option to turn it off

why does't it have vibrate mode or vibration feature? also the network band is horrible ! anyone facing these issues ?

Have you checked the SIM has been placed correctly. You should see the network name come up on your screen with the signal bar. If that don't work, if your SIM is new, you may need to activate it first or registered before use.

Could you please show how to install the SIM card, mine it's impossible to slide down as you said!!!

Make sure the SIM card is the correct one. It should be a standard mini SIM, not micro SIM or nano SIM otherwise it won't fit.

I had to stand in line for two hours to get the information. My phone does not look like this. It has two card areas side by side. the bigger one on the left is for the SIM card. The one on the right is for a memory card. Lift the silver coloured piece of metal UP gently place the sim card there and press gently and it will click into place.Then lower the silver piece down on it. Now your SIM is installed. I have no idea what a memory card is or what is is for. I sincerely hope this helps.

Yes it's a durable phone. It has a 1000mah battery capacity, this gives you a continuous talk time of 3 to 4 hours. Upto 200hours standby time

They have updated their models to 3G compatible.

Terrible video . Does not demonstrate how to use the phone , example : how to add a contact , how to use the various functions . Too fast and repeatedly states very simple to use . Why not demonstrate how simple it is to use ?
