Very helpful as the manual doesn't say how to open the back to put battery or sim card in. Was good for going over functions as will be easier to show my dad.

The red light 🔴 continues to blink after a call or text is finished and the phone is closed. Do you know how to stop it please? 🙏 I've checked and there is no unread texts.

How can i remove the pin after switching on?

Go to settings, choose display. Scroll down to show date and time, change this to off. That should do it.

I was looking at one of these but it says it's a touchscreen as well, not 100% sure of the model. do you know about it? And how easy is it to access the hands free function and missed call function?

You maybe looking at a different model. This model is not touch screen and its very easy to navigate to handsfree and missed call function. Its designed for beginners and elderly people

How do you know where battery is low please 6:00

I have inserted the 2G sim card, which they did not say was needed!!, but it comes up Please Insert a Sim Card. Why?

It could be two reasons why it says that. Have you checked if your SIM is a active SIM and is not inactive. Usually if you don't use a sim for a while it becomes inactive. Also have you checked SIM is inserted correctly?

The resolution of the camera is not good. You should be able to share via text or via Bluetooth if they are nearby.

What is the Bluetooth passcode connection for this phone?

May I ask how you put the SIM in?

Make sure the SIM is a standard SIM size not micro SIM or nano SIM. Then make sure the metal chip is facing downwards and just slide it into the slim slot.

You need to go settings, navigate to sound, option should be there to switch of the flip tone

Sorry I was instructing you regarding a different model to this. If you go to profile, you have the option to choose from general, silent and meeting. There should a option button when you click on profile. You should be able to adjust it. Hope this helps.

Voicemail depends on the network provider you have. Some you may need to dail 123 or 111 etc

@@IreIre Thanks for that.We have set up the phone. however, we can dial out ok but cannot receive calls as phone saying "not switched on" when it is..Supposed to be easy to use for Seniors. Mission impossible.Any advice please.Thanks.
