This is one of the most brilliant covers of any song I’ve ever heard. Maintains the musicality of the original while adding a whole new spirit

This is easily the best “like a version” it has the most unique take I’ve ever heard completely flipped the genre of the original song and still making it sound funky asl! This was awesome

+Julian Lakay I've been trying to explain why I haven't liked a lot of other covers lately, and you sir have explained it exactly. I was so skeptical of them incorporating that iconic guitar rift but they took this song in a such a different direction where I didn't even think about it. One of my fav LAVs so far

This is probably one of the best covers I've ever heard. Like of any song. They made a hard rock classic feel completely new and original, within an entirely different genre. That's talent!
I wish every band made this big of an effort for like a version. Most just want to get it over and done with and put no creativity into it.

+Foreal I worked in the music rights bizz for a little while. Basically, you can cover/sample anything you like, as long as the rights-holders don't find it offensive and you don't profit from the track. The moment you profit, the moment you can get sued. And it's pretty steep. Usually you get sued twice the going rate for the song by default, BEFORE damages are added, which can be a huge amount of the profits you made, depending on how much a judge thinks the original song played a part (for example, if you just sampled one drum beat, and used it in only one part of the song, then you'll probably get off lightly, but if you did a cover that sounded almost the same, you'll probably have to hand over most of your cash). Triple J probably have to seek permission and pay the original artists before they release the album.
4 Years later and this is still my favourite cover of any song ever
I didn't even know art vs science, I don't know how I finished here but FUCK WHAT A GREAT COVER

I am a big Metallica fan, and absolutely love Art v Science version of thissong. Of course it is slower and different - it is called "Like a Version" and it would take away from the idea to sound exactly like the original. Go boys! Good work.
Big Metallica fan. Curious to see how they would cover... Couldn't stop watching it. Like most others was surprised how much I liked it!
Art vs Science should be on Like A Version on a quarterly basis 4 times a year for them to do covers would be epic and so much better than some of the other artists triple j get in
such a pink floyd vibe, love it

Can’t believe how good this cover is! This is exactly the way to cover another artist big and bold. Love it.
I tried to spread this cover with my family around 100k views and they shrugged it off, To me, this is one of the greatest Covers I have ever heard. Triple J is the best thing to ever happen to youtube.
12/10/2020: Still come around and check out this vid occasionally. Best cover of any song, in my humble opinion. 👋👍😷 Happy Holidays!
Wow! Taking on such a classic and reworking it into another whole thing is a hard job, and you guys nailed it! I didn't think it could be done to this level!
Chill and smooth as fuck.
5:38 is the best bit going into that riff section seamlessly
I rarely comment on covers but this was so clean and sick holy crap who are these guys.
Guys, just found your appearance on Like a version in 2011 - you are soooo much better now. Congrats to that evolution. I love this version of "Enter Sandman".
I must have heard this hundreds of times over the past years and still love it, just shows what you can do if you do music to express yourself- for me, one of the best covers of any song, ever
@KingdomOfApple

EASILY! Maybe I'm just biased because I really like AvS, but, imo, this really is an exceptional cover. Any old metal band could've put their "spin" on it, but this cover truly takes it to another level.
Seriously, without a doubt, one of the best covers I've ever heard! A-MA-ZING!
this is why I love like a version
I think this is the best cover I've seen on like a version and I've watched pretty much all of them.
I keep coming back to this "remake" - I have to admit that it is one of the most original & best I've heard. Their use of the basic original song leads into very surprising overtones & tangential tunes. I really like it and respect their "craftsmanship"!
Wow wow i didnt know it was possible to love AvS any more than i already did
Such a unique interpretation...awesome!!!
Expect the worse, get the best. What a cover!
Absolutely Superb 👌👌👌 I have always loved these very talented guys and their unique style of sound. They are musical geniuses. Thanks for gifting this to the world! 💖💖💖

I can say that I had my doubts but woooow! Freakin' awesome... Great performance and adaptation creating a different atmosphere. AMAZING!!!
Why does this groove so hard?! I love it.
this is great! completely crushed it, and this is coming from someone super attached to the original
Where I live they LITERALLY play one Metallica song on the only half decent radio station, and it's Enter Sandman. So I'm so burned out on that tune that I listen to this version more than the original. Sick cover, Metallica still rule, all is right.
Ahhhh, please put the good like a version songs on Spotify!!
Never knew Greizmann was such a good singer !
Impressed, wasn't expecting that to be so good. Great job.
Biggest metallica fan! And Im so confused right now... all i know is this is amazing 🤟🏻🤙🏼
Keep coming back to this - love it
perfect like a version..... like a verison not like a cover
If Metallica was knocking around with Sergeant Pepper in Psychadelica
When he sang in that synth voice i fcking lost myself....Best cover I've heard
A dab of 70's funk mixed with some electro vibes!! Wow, feels like different time/space musical dimensions are merging together in a sonic orgasm!! A-M-A-Z-I-N-G
Wow wasn't expecting this at all. LOVED IT.
How good is the lead guitar
Metallica are my all time favorite band...I'm completely In Love with this...no other words this is just too beautiful. This also sounds like a Pink Floyd cover!!
This is why I love triple j absolutely amazing cover
The 'off to never never land' got me cracking up :D
THIS is how you do a cover. I hope other artists that have done this are watching.
These guys took a Metallica song, and put a fucking groove to it. That was very vey well done. I am pleasantly surprised. I was 100% certain I would hate it.
esta versión es genial!!! amante de metallica saludos desde Argentina
I keep listening to this. Bloody brilliant.
Okay I judged these guys prematurely after their Harder Better Faster Stronger cover but this is GREAT. Actually getting a strong pink floyd vibe and loving it!
Starts off like "ok, this is different and it's got a good 70s groove.".. then just gets better. Never heard of these guys before but I enjoyed that ... who else is looking to see who these guys are?
PLEASE put this on the CD!!!! it's too good to leave it out
Cant believe I'm just finding this now. Already loved AvS but now even more. Such weird and amazing guys.

this is really really nice
such an interesting take on a classic, ya love to see it
Oh man, this needs to go in their album. Absolutely love this.
This is musicianship. Love the whole idea of Like A Version but this one gets the gold medal with maybe DMC’s Cher cover getting silver 👍
Outfuckingstanding! 1:44 for no title

Sooooo good!!!!
music starts at 1:43 :)
That was ace… Well done, fellas! I wasn’t familiar with this band but clicked because of the song being covered… Did not disappoint and certainly surprised!
saw these guys at valley fiesta, went wild when they did parlez vous francais :') these guys & gill bates had to be the best performers of the day, truly incredible
