I’m 53 and I stated to practice handstand a year ago as part of my routine , and I’m doing better and better each day, it takes time , it’s not easy

I wish I go in to this when I was young , now that I’m 53 is going a take a little longer , I been doing handstand for the past 2 years and I’m getting better, is a long process but I’m happy that now I’m able to handstand for 60 seconds against the wall 10 seconds without the wall hahah
