More like hand balancing demotivation, unless you are a very young person you will never be able to perform at this level.

After watching this video I decided to try these one-arm handstands and found them very easy to do.... ...while hanging upside down from my chinning bar with my inversion boots on.

I really love l sit and v sit progressions! because old school stretches reaching down to your toes never made me that much flexible vs overtime through countless of repetitions doing l sit v sit progressions. Sometimes it is not tight hamstrings that is limiting ones ability to reach down to your toes sometimes it is weak loose hip flexor muscles or tight sciatic nerve from my own experience. Also doing this makes press handstands easier doing l sit v sit progressions combined with planche progressions helps with press handstands

Nice video! I think Caruso became the undisputed master of this move, his body is just built for it and front lever and he trained it so much. Michal Urbanik also had an amazing cross and can still hold it while being taller and heavier than most.

There is something so special about this sport, I can't put it into words... I'm into a lot of things, like swimming, rock climbing, strength sports, freediving... but handbalancing lights a spark inside me that nothing else comes even remotely close to. It's a gem.
