I heard that the record for the fastest time for a painting was just five days. On June 1, 1939, a man and woman (which names are unkown) with two children placed a painting outside their house. The pictures of the painted are a bit blurred, but judging from the two human figures on the painting, it was most likely a painting of their children playing in the river. The next day (June 2, 1939), they woke up to 7 people looking at their painting, admring it. At first they were confused, because their paintings had never got this popular. The next day (June 3rd, 1939), 39 people showed up to see the painting. Now they were understanding what was going on. the next day on June 4, over 45 people showed up. the next day, 56 people were there. 75 the next day, and 97 the next day. In the middle of WW2, the painting was put in a art gallery. However, in 1963, the painting was stolen. Its current whereabouts are unkown.

Wow, that's an incredible story! It's amazing how a simple painting outside someone's house gained so much popularity. The mystery surrounding its disappearance in 1963 adds an intriguing twist to the tale. Do you think the painting could resurface one day, or is it destined to remain a mystery?

@@VectorGlobeKnowJudging the fact it is lesser known, it will problay remain a mystery. It's dissperance in 1963 remained a mystery. However, in 2015, a painting was seen in a cabin. It looked the same as the 1939 painting, so it was assumed it was that painting. However when they went back the next day, it was gone.
