arslan said in a local interview that he always came first in collage and he had postponed his charter account degree or something (don't remember what degree it was) because he want's to play tekken and Kof at a competitive level.

8:40 this is actually hella overlooked. its an insanely safe and op strat he's cancelling just in case his poke string fails so he can continue applying pressure. which seems like a typical geese thing to do, however, if he dies to the poke before the cancel he keeps his bar. aslan 5 steps ahead in this game of 4d chess

This is thrown around a lot. They might beat him in casuals but tournament is different (look at Sora). It's simply not realistic thinking that there are 3 more players who can/will win back to back evo fields of players.

Yeah, local arcade and evo in front of thousands of spectators are very different things. No doubt those players would do very well, but we can't expect them all to have the champion's heart that Arslan does.

@@UltimateBallaPOM no ranking system. But many local tourneys are held and assumptions based on consecutive well performances. Arslan isn't a recurring winner in local tourneys. Pakistani style is adapted and crafted by the locals after years of competitive play that the world is seeing now.

It's insane to think that Knee was the underdog in their match.

I've watched this million times and still i cant resist to not watch again and again.. every time i watch this match for me its like goosebumps

I really believe guys it has something to do with him playing KOF. For example playing other characters helps you evolve as a player, the same with playing other fighting games as well. u are absolutely correct ,, let me share u a secret of Pakistan , i have been in Pakistan for like 27 years and Kof community was really really really strong ,u camt believe i swear , even kids knew combos out of hell and yeah Pakistan had top level arcades talentt in Kof and tekken people trained KoF/SF more Than Tekken but after 2011 community broke in Kof as arcades declined due to poverty majority of arcades got closed and all the talented players are either plumbers,painter/mechanics in order to earn money

I think it's all about local competition... Pakistan local players are way more competitive than other countries.

I still remember my arcade time for tekken in Karachi Pakistan. Never knew we gonna see a tournament in coming days. Even then it was hype I can imagine all the players making arsalan ash a standard and topping that soon.

Arslan is Tekken Prodigy 🇵🇰💕but the players he is practicing in Pakistan with are his teachers and he told in his interview that he lost from them multiple times, imagine their skill level

Fun fact: Arslan invited Chikurin (Top 8 in EVO) to do first to 10 with local players of just one city in Pakistan. He fought about 20 players of Pakistan. He lost to quite a few of them 10-0 (he ofcourse beat many of them). That is how strong the Tekken play is in Pakistan. +MitsuGTO885

Great video and you are right Ash is on a different skill set as compared to other players. I am from Pakistan as well, we have strong tekken scene all over the cities.. lot of arcades and lot of talent. Even way better than Ash. I am sure in future you will be seeing a lot more players from Pakistan in the next tournaments.

Stop with this. There are better players then Arslan. Spag and Arslan himself have clarified that. Fellow pakistani here.

Lots of people saying they didn't like Arslan's Kazumi. That's what's interesting about Arslan, he has crazy reads. He probably knows that Knee was watching his entire run with Geese, and he switched to Kazumi to throw Knee off.... and it worked. What's more interesting is, if you've watched a few more Arslan videos, you'd notice that he doesn't just spam, he actually utilizes most of the character's moves when it's appropriate. Yet when he played Kazumi, he was just slow poking Knee to death with the df1's.
