I don't kno- if I am the only one who think that Arsenal has mindset problem! I don't agree with People who say that we don't have skilled players. Cuz' we have enough skilled players who are physically fit enough to take us wherever we want to be. The only problem that we have is in the "Spirit", the "Mindset", the "focus", the "target", the "purpose", the "commitment", the "self confidence", ...which should characterize every player/coach in a highly competitive League like EPL that we all know. This can explain why we are predictable? Who is there to do what? In today's squad of arsenal, everyone can do everything except what he is there to do. the collective playing style which aimed many shots on target....was been turned into a scattered playing style away from the target. Players do not take in charge their respective places, before going to support on other posts. Result: Both posts will have gaps...They have that way of trying to switch places like pro do...but here is the thing all pro do before they go to support other on other posts. they 1st ensure enough security of their 1st respective posts cuz those are they main places that they are accountable for. How can you intervene on another post...while your post is insecure and tell me that you are not out of your mind? And, I see these errors everyday in Arsenal's games. there is one statement that Mr. Mourihno said last Year and I agree with him: "Arsenal does not have that spirit of a champion anymore..." and this is the only thing that we are missing...of course apart from the coaching style which is stuck way far in past! You say fans are not behind the team..the players need to show some fight so the fans get going. The manager needs to be passionate and sometimes managers need to inspire the fans. Look at klopp, Semione on the sidelines urging the fans to get behind the team. Look at Wenger. He only knows how to smash bottles at the ground and argue with the fourth officials. I have never seen him going at the players even once during matches. Tactics is one thing and having urge, desire and passion is another.

The insults at Wenger have to stop! He is Arsenal's greatest ever manager-fact. He transformed the club from one whose priority was to finish the league ahead of Tottenham to one with global appeal. However let the succession plan be put in place and let the club prepare for his exit. Because he will have to go at one point or another and honestly The Arsenal seems to have reached a plateau in its performances. A good couple of results here and there unable to be sustained. Is it wrong for Arsenal fans to want more than the customary 3rd or 4th finish? To be told they do not know how good they have it because they always see their side finish in the top four to qualify for the Champions league that they do not really challenge for is I think a sign that change is required at the club. To every reward there is an element of risk. If the club has to struggle for a number of seasons after Wenger's exit, the sooner that happens the better. The sooner you fail the sooner you succeed!
