A striker like that isn't needed against a low block, that's not when Arsenal miss a proper #9, they can wriggle and play their way through low blocks. It's the occasions when the game is tight and low crosses are flashed across the box to nobody busting a lung to get in there.

Well. Vlahović is better than Gyökeres, but probably not. As for Osimhen, he's been at Napoli for 4 seasons and bar one season where he did well, 2022/23, scoring 26 goals, the other three seasons were bang average. Mid teens at most. Plus he's also missed 44 league games for Napoli. That's more than a full season sat in the medical room. As for Gyökeres, he's also had just one good season. He may have been quite good when you compare him to the rest of the Coventry team when he played in the Championship. But even then, playing against Championship teams, he didn't set the world on fire. And remember, Mitrovic for Fulham scored 43 goals in just 44 games in the Championship during the 2021/22 season, and we didn't chase after him. He'd have been 26 then.
