If the club has had the money for someone's season ticket, they should be happy with that and not allowed to be judge, jury & executioner on whether the supporters attendance was worthy or not of keeping their ticket. What if the supporter gets cancer and have to go through months of chemo & therefore to ill to attend? What if someone's job requires them (last minute) to go and work abroad for 4-5 months? Has the club never heard of nuance or exceptional circumstances? It seems to me that the club are inventing fan punishments in order to sell the same ticket multiple times; earning twice as much for the one ticket...

That’s the thing about this clubs there is no such thing as enough money for them. They want you to purchase ridiculous prices for a season ticket and they expect you to buy some food and souvenirs that’s why they added the attendance requirement.

I’m telling you right now, no team in the world is that ruthless. If you tell the club you condition instead standing there and saying nothing, the club will just put all the your unable to attend on ticket exchange. Happened to my brother when doing physiotherapy for a couple of months. The problem with people is that they don’t talk, they just let things happen

Dumbest possible take.

You don't lose your ticket if you put them on TX regardless if they don't turn up. You do, however, lose it if you transfer it to someone and they don't turn up.

unpopular opinon but the ballot system is a good idea. makes things fairer to get tickets. the club could just stop selling memberships which would alleviate the problem, but they won't. more money for them.

and LEE will have a lifetime ban from Emirates loool (joke! see you are well m8)

If you're a season ticket and you give up your ticket to the exchange, as per rules, (theoretically), if the person who bought them didn't attended then it shouldnt be their fault. If that is not the case it is a disgrace.

I got 2 tickets in the ballot! I had to pay £50 to be a silver member so each of those tickets were inflated by £25! But it is what it is 🤷‍♂ It took 7 years of being a Red member to progress to Silver so i just keep paying it!

@@johnd6913 They automatically upgrade you to a silver. By being a red you are part of the silver waiting list. You get informed of your upgrade so you can turn it down if you want 👍
