Football has some of the least trophies available though in a year so that’s why you have people who don’t just go off winning a trophy. Cause you can perform really well, not get a trophy or perform bad and win one. Looking at the nuances is not deluded at all. Otherwise all United fans would think everything is hunkydory, they’ve won 2 trophies in 2 years.

Some isn’t and he uses some odd metrics. He’s using netspend for example I’m sure to say Arsenal have outspent City and Madrid, that’s not outright spend, and no one uses netspend cause it leaves out a bunch of other factors in finances.

I always say to arsenal fans is that how good the job your manager is doing look by seeing what's your rival fans opinion on it. I bet you all the rival fans aka spurs man utd chelsea liverpool even city fans when pep leaves would take arteta at their club in a heart beat and that's why these rival fans are desperate for us to sack arteta so that we would go backwards as a club. The real level headed arsenal fans would clearly see the situation of our club it was when arteta took over and how he build up this squad from scratch to now what is a team competing with the best manager out there and a team with unlimited resources. Everyone talks about the money spend, but the money we have spend till now was just to make sure we catch up city to that position. The reality is to overcome them we need to spend more and eventually we will be winning a lot of trophies in next or upcoming seasons especially when pep is gonna leave in 1-2 years time. Watch when pep will leave we would be winning even more and we could create an era of domination in league like what pep did with city. So arsenal fans stay level headed and believe the progress we are making. Reactionary fans like today would've got sir alex the sack for short term thinking and he would've never been able to create the legacy he created with man utd.

It took sir alex 6 years to win his 1st league title and that was at a time when there was no pep guardiola around who is a freak of nature. Respect Egal, bro 🙏 From an outsider perspective, I'd give your season a 6/10. Same as last season, a bit better, but still no trophies. Arsenal needs a striker, a new CB, a couple extra star utility players and there's a chance. But if those players come in and there's no silverware next season as well, then I struggle to see how Arteta stays imo.

You’re arguing over 6th and 8th there though dude where both sets of fans are gonna be miserable. When you’re in a title race to the last day where you want your team to be that’s different. When you’re just in top 4 or outside you can be unhappy with your team for months of the season. So even if a team that’s 2nd and 6th won the same amount, what you’re experiencing can be very different, that’s what you get when 50+ matches in 1 year is dedicated for 4 trophies, it’s not enough trophies to judge whole seasons on if you win silverware for me.

A cup “binned” in a FA Cup match they should’ve won though so this is why yiu look at nuances and not just what it is won. You can ah e a hall of shame performance and perform well and lose and it be seen as the same, you don’t move forward as a club like that for long term success.

Carlos, coming to Arsenal is not a giving. Coming and winning something is also not a giving. I don't know who is more delusional - Dan or Lee? Either way, they are both sick. While Lee Gunner has a lot of questionable morals, he’s spot on when it comes to winning trophies Arteta has done fantastic work at Arsenal, but he hasn’t won anything in 4 years, this is not good enough for a club the standard of Arsenal Similar, as a Villa fan, I’m being hounded in my own fanbase for being disappointed when we got knocked out of the UCEL, being called toxic and negative for wanting a trophy in one of our best seasons since the 80s.
