**ARRIVAL Footage** Watch as Cambridge companies go to Work with Roof Fire at Porter Square

On the evening of 6/25, Cambridge Fire Alarm struck box 7 for an odor of burning in the Panera Bread at the Porter Square Shopping Center on White St. Companies investigated and found a smoldering fire in the rubber membrane of the roof. 1 line was run and companies opened up the area with saws to check for extension.

    The re-roofing of Panera has been ongoing for weeks. It appears that a worker with a torch messed up while sealing or soldering something. I'm glad the fire didn't spread.

    I’ll admit didn’t watch whole video. I thumbed through it. But, I never saw a fire or any smoke.
