Sec 46 where you say, police can't arrest accused person after sunset and before sunrise but in CrPC this provision is only for women, which you stepped out.

Crpc sec- 46(4) says that no women shall be arrested after sunset and before sunrise , and where such exceptional circumstances exist,........................... This is only for women not other person.

Section 46 says that if during the execution of arrest the accused resist and is trying to run and is causing hindrance in execution of arrest than reasonable force can ne used up on him.

Read section 46(4) carefully,"women only"

For proclamation attached will lower court also seize the bank account for accused person under molestation crpc 357 related to 498A
