Around the Corner with John McGivern | Program | Menasha

Menasha just doesn’t get enough credit. True, this city isn’t the biggest in Wisconsin, and not even in the Fox Valley, but it surely is one of closest-knit communities we’ve ever experienced.
There are lots of community minded entities - like Habitat for Humanity’s Rock the Block, PorchaPalooza, and St Mary’s Catholic Church. Community icons abound, and Club Liquors, Mihm’s, Manderfield’s Bakery and the Barlow Planetarium are just the ones we found. And community employers, like US Paper Mills Corp and Faith Technologies, contribute to the stability of Menasha in big ways. And speaking of close knit, the yarn bombing initiative is one of our all-time favorites - as is Menasha!
