It’s hard to believe that Samson does so few free weight movements. Almost exclusively machines. Dorian might have a word or two to say about that. It can’t be denied though that Samson looks amazing doing just what he does. My favourite bodybuilding physique of this era.

I think it really depends on one’s physique or his coach probably told him to do these exercises. I mean don’t fix what’s not broken guess

The gyms in the UK so old school compared to the ones shown in the states. Love the fact you could turn up at your local UK gym and find this guy working out there 😱
