Hunter Shadows The sunstars are rather squishy and soft with a boney feel. Not scary. But they move pretty quick as far as starfish go. Most of those hefty ones shown on the bottom were bat stars. I've spent literally hundreds of hours diving here in California. Mostly abalone diving. It's phenomenal here. Better than backpacking ☺️

Imagine some scary monster extruding it's stomach onto and around you, bathing your body in digestive enzymes until your eyes, skin, muscles, organs, etc. were melted away in its ooze, then dropping your dry, whole skeleton in the dirt behind it. The thing of nightmares!
