I love their mutual admiration for each other-- They talk about how Steen had questions and demands of Army when he played for him and you have to think of when his friend Oshie was traded or his friend and captain David Backes wasn't re-signed, and other guys like Berglund, Shattenkirk, Elliott, and others who were friends of his who left the team after he signed his long deal. To hear Doug's perspective on how hard that is, but how great it is when you meet the next player and potentially great person is a really great take and you can tell Steen relates to it. Yea he had to say goodbye to those close friends and great players, but he got to meet new friends and great players like Sunny, Binnington, O'Reilly, Schenn, Maroon, Thomas, and they all got to lift a cup together. Change is difficult and can be hard to understand at the time, but sometimes it's necessary and can be something really great and you can see in Steen's face @ 6:15 that he really admires how Doug is able to recognize this and look at it positively.
