A good game of 'Ginger Bingo' is always good when invigilating. Select 5 row/seat numbers before the kids enter. If there's a ginger kid sitting in that seat, you get a point. Most points wins. You can insert any variable in place of the ginger element: chav bingo, jailbait bingo etc.

@665tr Invigilators don't get paid "shitloads". They are paid between £6 and £7 an hour usually.

You can see when the body double stands in, but BRILLIANT

During a practice exam we had a student come into the lecture theatre we were writing in, dressed as a gorilla. I'm sad to say, most people in the room didn't even notice.

I know someone who used to invigilate, and they used to play games with each other like go stand next to the ugliest person etc.

I wish you could really do that while invigilating, kids think exams are boring well at least they have something to do. I have to stand and watch them take a test for 2 hours now thats boring.

Will people please stop replying to the comment I left 11 months ago, I don't work at a school anymore and I did not get paid any extra to invigilate and all it meant was I had to spend some of my own free time catching up on work I would normaly have been able to do in working hours.
