I'll double check it but it's much more likely I'm just not a good welder lol. I did start with flux core and switched over to solid at some point but I really have zero experience welding.

I have aluminum half door and corner armor but still need to get that tub piece. The "too loose" rivnut issue got me a couple times and I had to do the same thing you did. The TJ is looking great. Nice job and thanks for going to the effort of producing the videos.

Fair enough. I've painted them black and added the metalcloak rock sliders and rear corner guard armor and I think it all ties together really well. This was just one step in the process. I have an Instagram account with the same name if you want to check out the final product. KZread is usually a couple weeks behind for me
