10 thousands? As I recall that number of flee from Karabakh in 1992-1994 was around a million of Azerbaijan citizens from their own land. I guess Armenia can handle few thousands of their own people. Azerbaijan citizens were not given even right to stay on their land because they were facing many repressions and fearful homicide acts such as cutting pregnant women belly to kill a child. On controversary armenians now have right to stay in Karabakh and be citizen of Azerbaijan and live their live in peace.

The Azerbaijani SSR did not agree with it and after the collapse of the USSR in 1991, when the Republic of Azerbaijan was formed, it started a war with the Republic of Artsakh and was defeated. The chronicle of that war was recorded by Bulgarian journalist Tsvetana Paskaleva in her documentaries.

The ethnic cleansing never stopped by Azeri government against Armenians, it just had different ways over the years.

Any guarantee promises should be reciprocal. If armenians want guarantees they should first guarantee that they will stay away forever from separatism. Otherwise no one will guarantee their safety in Garabakh. When you buy a device in the store you promise to care about that device. Right? If you do that then manufacturer gives you its guarantee. If you break it intentionally then manufacturer guarantee is void. Here is the same rule. Armenians can not demand guarantee of their safety without guaranteeing their loyalty to the territorial integrity of the country they live.

No one forces local Nagorno-Karabakh armenians to move another place, it's their own choice. On top of that Azerbaijan offers citizenship and any rights that Azerbaijani people have. If Azerbaijan would have ethnic cleansing purpose you could never ever take any step in this region. You occupiers always cry to achieve something. People who believe in their these fake tears are really out of mind. Azerbaijan just did what should be. It's called anti-terror inside Azerbaijan. Because of Russian peacekeepers' mistake there were still Armenian separatist military groups inside Azerbaijan, Karabakh and these separatists are included PKK groups and mostly Iraq, Syrian and local Armenians, who fight against Azerbaijan and there were also no left so much local soldiers in Armenian side in the second Karabakh war, that also makes question that from where they find someone to fight. Armenian separatist and citizens must be thankful to Azerbaijan because they didn't do same as Armenians did to Azerbaijani people in Karabakh in 1992. At least they can easily leave Karabakh but in 1992 no one gave a chance to rescue Azerbaijani people from there and that's why some of them passed away during escaping and the rest of them left Karabakh through forest in the cold days. So if local Nagorno-Karabakh Armenians want to live peacefully, they either accept or accept being loyal to Azerbaijani citizenship and constitution!

What happened in the first war between armenia and azerbaijan,one million azeri became refugees.Armenia did not negotiate for thirty years because they thiught they will hold azeri territory with force for ever.Tha armeniaian can live in azeri territory if they wish but they know what they have done to azeri population in war and the one million azeri displaced who became refugees.

31 year Armenia slept and Azarbeycan preperad for war. time is changing one day Armenian will retake their land from turkey and Azarbeycan.

It was a vital mistake to recognize Artsakh as part of Azerbaijan - this means deprive 120,000 Armenians of their homeland, homes, cultural heritage (which azeri will destroy after Armenians leave Nagorno Karabakh as did already in Nakhiechevan), even graves of their family member in case especially Armenians have been living in this region for centuries (there are Armenian churches even from the 4th century). As for "reintegration" of Armeniams it is a big lie. No Aremenian can ever believe such statements as they have dramatic experience: pogroms of Sumgait and Baku, kidnnapping and torturing people to death, disjointing people, even beheading a sleeping Armenia officer in the middle of Europe, other many mind-blowing, barbaric, tragetic incidents and even military crimes... They will find absurd excuses for everything like": attack and kill peolle calling it an "anti-terrorist" operation. Besides who does not know that dictator aliyev ignores all international convetions, laws, calls and even the verdict of International Court of Justice. 3 years after the war of 2020 between Artsakh and Azerbaijan there are hundreeds of people kept in Azerbaijan illegally. Aliyev's behaviour is slap to civilazition and degradation of global human values!
