Men have longer arms on average than women (it comes with being taller on average) and that means more leverage, which is a huge advantage in arm wrestling. A moderately strong person with long arms can mop the floor with a really built person with short arms.

That's the 90s. Everybody had to be edgy and over the top.

I remember this game (and a similar punching bag game) were always overwhelmed in the mid 90's at Wildwood. It was so popular. This was also very popular at Knoebels at the same time. Good memories. Everyone wanted to fight Speck....and me being not even 10 struggled on Trixie.

Theres one at the boardwalk mall these days in the arcade. Super fun!

The old General Cinema cineplex in Richardson had one of these machines when I was young. Wasn't strong enough to advance far due to how young I was at the time.

Love how the bonus games are clearly there to tire you out more in between characters lol

I’ve played this at Galloping Ghost Arcade in Brookfield, IL. Beating Specks 4 times in a row is taxing on the arms, but I’ve done it.

I was at Kemah Boardwalk a few years ago which I was at the arcades (before I started becoming a ballerina) and saw this game I wished for a ROM hack of this game Arm Champs II: Ballerina Edition Replaces Specks (the robo arm wrestler from the USA) with Felicie (a professional ballet dancer from France)

This beats Nintendo’s Arm Wrestling any day...except for the fact that Arm Wrestling has Bald Bull from Punch Out in it, but this game’s way cooler...or at least it WAS until people started dislocating their shoulders playing it which is why you can’t find it in arcades anymore because it’s banned!

Jasmine Johnston Galloping Ghost Arcade has it available for public play, although I think they toned down the resistance level. When I first played it there, I registered a little over 120 lbs of pressure during the bonus game, and even with that level of pull I had to lean all the way over to beat Specks. The stick was just about broken off at the time, so you couldn’t grip it like you would in a real match. Last year they had that fixed after it had been off the floor for a while, and still registering the same amount of pressure, I can manage to beat Specks four times in a row without leaning to the side.

At least Kemah Boardwalk removed the arm wrestling arcade game since I don’t want to play it ever again Arm wrestling is fine in real life but not as a video game I should definitely arm wrestle Mathew here while I'm in my ballet slippers
