This is an old video, but still very relevant and helpful for me doing therapies with my grandmother

This is fantastic no one showed me these exercises following my stroke i am currently working on trying to unlock my left shoulder! I have managed to ease the tension in my fingers but not completely. I still have very little strength in my fingers and my little finger is way out of shape, it has bent at the knuckle. Can anyone suggest or tell me how I can fix this please. I get very little support from my local hospital sadly but they seem to care but I'm not sure how much really. I wish I had a therapist like this guy!! ✌🏻 grateful thanks for posting, all help an suggestions will be gracefully and gratefully accepted. Thank you

Exactly my question. How to extend the elbow. Away from the body. I don't have high tone but still can't extend my elbow while sitting.

I'll try these with my mom

My hand and fingers can not open perfectly, they tend to curl, how to fix this?

Idk if this works for you but my grandma uses weight bearing. Just search it
