I have watched 3 guides and made 2 myself, they barely overlap at all. It really goes to show how deep a game Ark Nova is. I agree with everything, just 2 things to add. X-tokens are another way to increase action efficiency, especially by taking an upgraded association action above strength 5. You took Snap as a conservation project bonus, which is one of the worst ones imo. I would always take the conservation point income first on this map. I think it even aligns with your priorities, points now + points later!

Acquire more money, acquire at least two workers, draw more cards, acquire enclosures, put them in the right places, upgrade the right cards at the right time. The best way to improve at doing these things well is to play the game more.

@@victorypointgaming How do we acquire more money? That's why we are here. We know there is a bottle neck and "have money" isn't a solution. That's the goal. We are here for the how. Before you answer, I know how to make money in the game. How do I make more? It seems like I'm always broke, more so than the other players. What happens if I all I draw are expensive animals? My friends always seem to have a full board by the end and I'm struggling to fill half.

@@launchpad79 my early error was to go for expensive sexier animals early game that generally need 4plus enclosures. Start small and cheap

I agree with the comment above. Playing expensive animals early is a trap. Don't be afraid to sponsors to get money, try not to get stuck in a round with no money, don't overbuild (I tend to do this), and if you really get only expensive cards in the beginning, use the cards card to get more? Doesn't work every time, though.
