The ambience in this game is so eerie, I love it and hate it.

I believe this was the Stalker event the Arirals have. One will watch you for a bit and follow you.. then just run up and push you running away. They have an odd sense of humor.

No the “Stalker” event is when you get signals but the signal comes up on the detector image as something looking directly at you. It will do this about 4 times, from different angles, two outside the base, twice inside, one from (usually) the vent above the control room, the last one will always be in one of the lockers. Seeing this signal will cause the warning “⚠️ Do not look in the locker” to appear. Looking inside before the signal is saved will make the game CTD. Assuming it’s an Ariral prank it’s a bit far.

the signal is the looker, not the stalker, not the watcher the ariral npcs are called "slapper" and "stalker" slapper just comes to you and pushes you stalker will move only when you move, and then slap you if it comes close enough

Only works if you steal the lamp,if I'm correct,though they can spawn in randomly through events (such as the one where one drops from the vent) and console spawns

They have a cloaking device. You can only make them out by the small amount of distortion is causes where they’re standing. Fortunately they’re more concerned with pranking you by rag dolling you across the room than trying to end you.

I mean the larger Room with the Server on the Sides had a way more intressting Layout. Or the ladder to the deep Basement. Dev could have placed it in the new Basement somewhere. At least we got that weird cooler room and the new Vents as well as the ominous window in the first floor with the Eyes under it. Sadly it seems i cant seem to trigger any Events at those places yet if there are some built in.

The ariral is an alien and has a cloaking device. If you look closely, you’ll see some distortion where it’s standing when player turns their flashlight on and off at the door. They like to break into the base, push you across the room, maybe throw a few things, then run off.
