When he brought up the Manchester you can tell she tried SO hard to stay strong and then she was about to say thank you when he said she’s strong but then no words came out and she began crying. She sounded shaky, that’s how Ik my idol truly cares about us honestly.

I have always found it weird that I find interest in seeing interviews where celebrities get emotional or vulnerable but this interview helped me see why. I think like Ariana said with everything thrown our way in life, it makes it so hard to be strong and not fearful. We don’t have time to try and get better and be there for each other more because everything moves too fast. But I think when we are vulnerable and talk about our struggles, it’s therapeutic and when we tell each other we can get through this hard thing called life together, even tho it seems minimal, it helps in a tremendous way. I love Ariana with all my heart and I know lots of people do too!!! So thankful she is able to share emotions with us and spread love to everyone!!! ❤️

SHE'S GOT LIKE 4 VOICES INSIDE OF HER!

sweetner was 100000% her best album & it felt so different from any other album she’s done. it also just felt so real & like each song had a deep meaning. compared to all the basic pop songs she’s done in the past.

I’m back rewatching this interview and it literally reminds me why I love the Sweetener album sm. It’s literally my fav Ariana album from her whole discography. It’s more her and meaningful. I feel like with this album we connected to Ariana more and I am sure a lot of us can relate to these songs. I know I relate to quite a few of the songs on the album. It’s beautiful and truly a work of art. It’s full of emotions, realness, love, heartbreak, infatuation, anxiety, just LIFE. It’s so raw. It’s meaningful. I feel like she found herself with this album and developed so much as an artist. Without Sweetener there wouldn’t be the thank u, next album which is her biggest album to date.

I like how the normal way she speaks come out towards the end of the interview. She went through this phase of having this weird accent that just genuinely wasn’t her speaking voice.

She’s grown as an artist and as a person. God truly bless her

You can’t fake the pain and devastation that she candidly displays in this interview. As soon as Ebro brings up the Manchester attack and her break up with Mac she starts bawling. I’m so sick of people in the media painting her as this evil, black widow-type maneater. She has a huge heart and just wants to be happy and loved.

It’s because they’re both RnB albums mainly. She sounds best when she sings RnB, soul or musical theatre. Mainstream pop doesn’t do her voice justice

Her voice makes me so relaxed and happy I love this girl bye-

to know that she broke down like this literally a month before Mac’s death breaks me. it’s so heartbreaking, and the reason why I always come back to this video is to really listen to her words and understand what she’s saying because this was such a dark time for her. I have to look away when it gets to the part of her crying💔 I’m just so glad she’s in a better place now. I know Mac is looking down and is so incredibly proud of her:'))

Thinking she had to go through the death of Mac Miller after that makes me realize how STRONG she is, she was already fragile and not at her best and then she still had to handle the death of her like best friend/ soulmate/ ex boyfriend. I can't even imagine how hard this could have been.

It broke my heart when she started talking about how she feels too afraid to go certain places without security. That must be so difficult. I would hate to not have that type of freedom.

the tears started coming when she cried, really, i just feel her pain when she cries. there's something about it when she cries that just hits a different spot for me. ive also been through alot so certain things people say just hit a very soft spot for me in my heart. she's truly an incredible person with such a pure soul. ❤️
