What’s up, everybody? I had such a great time showing you guys Argentine street food a few months ago that I’m doing it again! Join me as we explore the mouthwatering world of Argentine street food in Miami!
For this adventure, I teamed up with my boy Joseph, who took me to his cousin’s Argentine fast-casual restaurant, Fierro Argentine Grill. We were going to have tons of my favorites, including morcilla, mollejas (sweetbreads), burgers, and much more!
Inside, I met Michael from Fierro Argentine Grill, who took me into the kitchen, where they were preparing empanadas and a unique dish called matambre con rusa, which is a stuffed veal breast that contains carrots, parmesan cheese, parsley, roasted red peppers, and a hard-boiled egg. They slice it up and grill it for 15 seconds. I’d never seen it before!
They also had chorizo and cheese, which is cooked in a pan with a sliced tomato and Argentine spices. It’s so gooey and cheesy! They also make the Fierro burger with two beef patties, caramelized onions, tomatoes, shoestring potatoes, and bacon. It’s a mile-high burger!
They also make parilla criolla, which is a taste of everything, including chicken, morcilla, and much more! They use fresh ingredients and kosher salt to season. They also have some incredible waffle fries with truffle oil! They also have gelato, which is basically Italian ice cream, in a fiat that has been converted into a gelateria!
At our table, we had a whole feast! I started with the matambre, which is usually served cold, but they grilled it to bring out the flavors. I loved the layers of ingredients and the roasted bell peppers! It was super unique and tasty. Next, I went for the potato salad, which contained mayo, potatoes, chickpeas, and carrots. It was a nice palate cleanser!
Argentina is a huge meat culture. Next, we jumped on the chorizo and cheese, which is basically Argentine fondue. The cheese is so gooey and crispy. It was amazing with the bread and had some delicious herbs and spices in it! Together, it was like bruschetta and was a total cheese bomb!
Next was the morcilla sandwich. I love blood sausage and grew up eating it. It was so tasty and had a creamy aioli on it. The meat didn’t have too much rice in it and contained delicious herbs. I couldn’t get enough of it!
Then, we jumped on the chorizo sandwich, which was just like the morcilla sandwich, just with chorizo. I loved the herbs! Next was the burger. Everything contains bread and is so heavy but good! The waffle fries were crispy and oily with nice garlic, parmesan, and truffle oil.
The Fierro Burger was an explosion of flavors with the sauce, caramelized onions, and bacon. Next was the parilla criolla, which contains chicken, chorizo, morcilla, flank steak, short ribs, and picaña. It’s all on two huge skewers. It was a mountain of meat!
I loved the salt on the ribs, and the morcilla just melted in my mouth! Next, I tried the chorizo with chimichurri. You can’t have Argentine meat without it!
I was stuffed but had to have a bit more meat with the chimichurri. The garlic in it was phenomenal!
What a meal! You have to come to Fierro Argentine Grill when you come to Miami!

In Argentina we usually eat that grilled stuff with tons of salad (lettuce, tomato, potatoes, etc) to "cut" with some of the fatyness involved. Said that, that amount of meat and chorizo per person is crazy, i can´t eat that much.

The portions here are small and overpriced. Their original restaurant meats are tasting horrible.
