Argentina Players Homecoming in Their Home Towns
Argentina players traveled to their respective hometowns to celebrate the World Cup triumph with the local fans after their victory parade in Bueno Aires on Tuesday. The Albisceleste won the 2022 World tournament in Qatar after beating France 4-2 on penalties following a 3-3 draw in extra time. It was Argentina's 3rd World Cup and the first since 1986.

The fact that , if not all , most players in the were actually born in Argentina is amazing. They won the greatest trophy in All sports history and brought it home to their homes where they were poverty struck and just smal children with huge dreams. It’s a fairy tale really.. like Messi said “ don’t tell me magic doesn’t exist” I wish all players would have to play for the country they were born in .

That's true for most of the other world champions too. While many of the French players may have African ancestry, most of them where still born in France and played in French youth academies.
