Not even. His kills may be gruesome, but all around I'd rather go up against Art than Pennywise any day. Art can be temporarily killed and is nothing more than a man when it comes to his physical capabilities. Pennywise is a cosmic horror.

@Diego García Which is vastly easier said than done. Terrifier is nothing more than a human with a basic superpower that doesn't make him any stronger than you. He would be much easier to kill. If you know that he can revive, then you just cut him up, chain him up, etc, and be done with him. EZ W

@Diego García I mean, it wouldn't matter if you don't trap him afterward. He revives after some time and can make it so that his victim's can't die until he wants them to. Other than that, he is a normal human. Chain him up, cut off his limbs, put him in a iron box, though it in the ocean. Something like that. Then he can't do anything. Pennywise is a cosmic being that can mental torture you to make it almost impossible to not be afraid of him to some degree. Eventually, you either overcome that fear or succumb to it, and he eats you. At which point you soul is permanently fucked.
