If I should ever feel the need to file a claim with an Insurance company; They have their policy for recording conversations and I also have my policy for recording them. In my world, it's a two way street. I do not cater to for profit financial institutions, like insurance companies who think they are gods and have a green light to do as they please. Nothing trumps the law, I know my rights and I exercise them often.
