Hi, Chynna, I know how you love to dig deep into Scriptures and I came across this one I thought you'd like. It takes place in Jude 9 where Satan is disputing Christ over the body of Moses, claiming that he had the dominion over Moses because he was a sinner. All Jesus said to him was, "The Lord rebuke you." Christ did not stoop to enter the fray with Satan. Instead He referred Satan to the Father, saying, "The Lord rebuke you." Moses was the first human to be raised from the dead. Two boys in the Old Testament were also raised up. In the New Testament, Jesus raised up a young man, a little girl and Lazarus. Ultimately, Jesus rose from the grave in the most significant resurrection of the Scriptures, giving us hope for our own resurrection when He returns to earth again. Except for Moses and Jesus, all of these people raised up had to die again (hopefully much, much later!) But the point is, when Satan tries to dredge up our old sins, all we need to do is refer him to the Father and say, "The Lord rebuke you." That phrase is power! Don't forget it.

I’m still trying to get past Mama Cass’s granddaughter. How similar she looks and sounds has got to make the people that knew Mama Cass feel some sort of way, lol.

As a Cass historian and memorabilia collector, it was so amazing to see her finally get her star! I watched it live and cried through the entire thing. Loved your video!! ❤

Cass Elliot was such a pure, amazing singer. I LOVED her voice, her inflection and interpretation. I was so crushed when she passed. Only 3 months later, we lost my younger brother. That year really sucked. RIP, Mama. This fan will never forget you and will ALWAYS love and respect you and your tremendous, larger than life talent.

I got all choked up. Cass Elliot finally got her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. I wondered when walking that walk, myself, that I had never located her Star. Okay this is huge being a child of the 60's and having The Mamas and the Papas, The Lovin' Spoonful and CSN and Y (sometimes at the end of a sentence) also The Monkees love them I was 10 they are my rock music heroes plus Henry Diltz and his iconic photos. So glad Mama Class is being recognized for amazing voice and talent. Great tribute!

My story of Mama Cass goes back a long, long way when I lived in DC in Georgetown in the mid 60's and used to hang out at the Cellar Door, a well-known bar and stage venue at the time. I got invited to a party by the Door Bouncer, and it was there that I met Cass when she was singing with a group called the Mugwumps, she was the life of the party and I enjoyed meeting her. Who knew that fame for her was just around the corner.
