This video is taken from the Therapy & Theology series "I Want To Be More Self-Aware." Join Lysa TerKeurst; Licensed Professional Counselor, Jim Cress; and Proverbs 31 Ministries' Director of Theological Research, Dr. Joel Muddamalle, for conversations where they combine theological wisdom and therapeutic practices to help you navigate everyday life.

It’s important not to justify ourselves, but to align our thoughts with God’s. Bring our thoughts captive to the obedience of Christ. It’s easy to deceive ourselves if we lean on our own understanding. We need the help of the Holy Spirit. 🕊📖
