I’ve been getting this question a lot for the last several months. And I’ll agree, it does seem a little wild when you look at what $1 million gets you today compared to 10 years ago. When I speak to someone that believes the market is going to crash and I ask why they feel that way, the answer is always, “It just has to, prices are too high!”
