2+ exp not getting calls

I Faced many challenges like in few compnies i cleared one round for second round it took lot of time but then asked me diffrent questions like out of syllabus quetions beyond the JD , second is that i cleared one round of interview in many companies they mailed me for this like you clreaed one round of interview for second you will have to wait for it after they mailed me they have canelled the position for now , In third scenario i cleraed all the interview round infact with their vice president also but finally they told me the position on hold from client end wwat for some time till now they didnot respond me
