Interesting theory. The only problem I see is the part about the names being different. Freddy and chica are long-time characters and have many versions of themselves (fun time, toy, nightmare and ect.), so it makes sense why they have glamrock in their names and the other two don't. It's why circus baby and bellora didn't have funtime in their names, or the puppet and balloon boy have toy in theirs.

I have a little theory about this. Remember that new purple security breach poster with chica that got released? It was purple and blue with chica in the center. A few days later, this is released, and the trailer ends with that purple and blue rock sign. I feel like this might be chica talking, or at least her room we see in the end. Simply because the room doesn't really match Roxanne's color pallete, but it does match that new poster. Idk, I might be looking too deep into this.

This wouldn't be the first time animatronics have faces off against each other. At the end of The Twisted Ones novel, the og animatronics saved Charlie and her friends from Afton and his Twisted animatronics.

I honestly would find it cool if Roxanne was a surprise ally due to her seeming like she'd be a lot more likely to be a threat, only to find out she's more of the cool, punkish sister kinda gal. And they would switch sides too, the time when this comes indicated by the power meter. So the player will need to plan ahead, prepare a separation from friendly animatronic, hide from it, send it on an errand, confuse it etc. in order to stay safe once it switches alignments.

7:20 if you look close you can see that the crocodile’s gun is pointing at freddy and i believe that the crocodile and roxanne are going to betray freddy and chica

How sb WOULD go: -Vanny has "selected one" victim, that being gergory. Vanny MUST kill him to impress afton/glitchtrap. I think we can choose if we kill him or not. If we kill him, we may see william afton saying he is proud of her. The only issues I find with this is the fact that glam rock chica does indeed chase after Gregory in the trailer but the rest of this makes total sense and this idea is one of the best I’ve heard for security breach yet!

This is interesting because no one ever thought of this, thought Roxanne and vanny do have the same paint color

if you put vannys laugh at 0.25 speed you can hear the real vanny cry and then start to scream and finish with the words "ahh"

Just going to call this out for later: the reason vanny cant get Freddy and maybe chica to help her, is because they are reused animatronics, and doesnt have the new tech.

I can see this being true. However, I could also see how the four would work against Vanny, and that second voice being MoonFace or another AI. Personally I just want all four main animatronics to be good for once. Is that too much to ask Scott?

Looking back on this theory, it is partially correct, with Freddy being on the good side, but what you got wrong was who was also on which side. Roxy was surprisingly on the side of good with Chica on the side of evil rather than the other way around.

This theory is possible I’m not just fully convinced yet but here are two alternative theory’s the moon animatronic could be the voice sense we don’t know it’s gender yet or it could be vanny talking ina deeper voice

Another thing that kinda supports this theory is the Christmas artwork. Freddy and Chica are in front of the tree, one offering a cupcake and the other just holding a cookie. While Roxanne and Monty are behind the tree, Monty is literally eating the Gregory cookie and Roxanne looks very mad and/or aggressive

That's what I thought too.

As far as gameplay I feel like it will be spilt into 3 sections per night. The first section (for the first 2 hours) would be called “Hide”. You would play as Gregory/ any other child if there are more. You have to hide from Vanny however you can. You can use the animatronics to help you (Hiding inside of Freddy or using Chica to lure Vanny away by making noise) but if you stay with them too long Glitchtrap will corrupt them and they will become hostile, so you need be smart about where you hide. The second section is “Seek”. You play as the Night guard arriving at the mall at 2 am. You need to find Gregory by 4 am or he is found and killed. The night guard carries a torch and a taser, but it only has 2 charges (you can only use it on Vanny twice per night). The taser won’t work on animatronics though. Once you find Gregory, you need to take him with you as you make your way to the office. The last phase is called “here I come”. You are in your office at this point and it plays like a normal FNAF game, however Vanny will sometimes hack into your systems, making your cameras deactivate for a while, turning off the lights or sending an animatronic to the office.

Plot twist: we're playing as a mom that is trying to kill her own kid and her friends the support for this is "it's getting late", "let's get you home", "and put you to bed"

I mean in my theory I think Roxy is actually not hostile but hacked by Vanny to hunt like the wolf she is and find the boy Gregory to.. Use as one of her diabolical plans. If you think about it, she says "I'm only trying to help" BUT suddenly self centers and starts telling Greg bad things. Plus she cries, as to maybe a sign shes fighting the hack but only unsuccessful to get out of it like {SPOILERS Dont Read Past If You Havent Made This Ending!!!} Freddy and Afton at the ending where you find Afton himself. He takes control of Freddy slowly but you stop him by simply burning him. Also Vanny MIGHT be using Roxy as the others chica and Monty are already consumed for her bidding. I think Roxy is fighting the control as she even proclaims in her sobbing voice "why are you hiding from me" and pursues to cry as if in pain from the hack and control, AS WELL AS her personality to wanting to catch Greg for herself and be... The winner she always is being better than and showing shes the best by all means. I mean its a theory of my own and could be all untrue. Also I think Roxy is just Roxy, she already compliments herself and gives herself a speech of motivation.. But as if she is not caring how the others performed. Maybe the Hack made her worse on winning and wanting to be better and the best all around. Or the hack made her more worse by just her personality XD ALL A THEORY. Dont have to believe it and its just thoughts honest.

If she is, that would be confusing and will leave me and others speechless and asking many questions and making lots of assumptions ( Most Fnaf fans make crazy assumptions)

@Dylan Connolly What I don't know is how important Roxxane could be to the game, apart from the fact that she's probably Vanny's assistant, but I don't see more of that-

very cool theory. one thing you didn't point out with the whole moon/sun thing is that wolves (especially ones that have humanoid style forms like werewolves) have a connection to the moon, so it would make sense for her to be on the "moon side" of things. Also if you notice Montgomery has stars for glasses (again something night/moon related). I also think the Fazz Pad (that place on the second floor) could be a party room. I also wondered if the one area where you see the arrows on the wall (I think it has been thought of as storage or a basement) is like a laser tag type area. It would make sense for it to be dark yet have designs on the walls. Thank you and we love watching your stuff.

Trouble is, if every bit of "evidence" turns out to be nothing but we still end up with a Roxanne that's controlled by Vanny anyway, he'll think he was right and everyone else will too. It's what most fortune tellers, "prophets", and others rely on and that's throwing everything at the wall to see what sticks. He's already made two separate theories on the Vanny character and what's going on, and if Scott keeps to his release schedule and doesn't release another trailer until March, he has two months to come up with a dozen more versions of this scenario. Odds are one might be accurate enough when it's all over.

Yeah, for sure. Such is the KZread theory game. Personally, I'm more interested in some confirmations from Scott, namely what the gameplay is gonna be like. A lot of people assume it'll have some sort of traditional third or first person exploration, and I'm getting nervous since this still isn't confirmed.

Vanny being a hacker would also explain her standing infront of the whole TVs, showing us that she's in control of them. Oh boi this theory is actually really good, I'm really excited for the game to come out.
