I wear keens all the time, hiking as well as every day. I love them!

I have owned at seven or pairs keen boots . My only complaint is after about a year they come unglued but usually it’s time for a new pair anyway. I wear these everyday at work too so they get a work out. Great videos

I cannot use trail runners or lightweight shoes like Merrells.. I need a thicker and firmer sole. But I might have to try these out.Thanks for the unboxing John.

Definitely see if you can try a pair on. They're really well built.

I've had some Keen hikers for 6 yrs now and I've completely destroyed them. I wear them on all my day hikes, long trips and now cut the grass in them. Will be investing in Keens once again, think the Nxis Evos will do nicely.

My boots are Keen Liberty Ridge. They don’t make them anymore...great boots! Switched to trail runners last year. I have a super wide/round foot. Altras, Topos, et al, don’t fit me well as they’re too narrow in the mid-foot. Will have to try these out.

I have a pair of, get this, keen WATERPROOF rugged adventure sandals. Not even sure how I came across them, but bought a pair on a whim and they're still going strong! Mainly use them as kayaking sandals but I have day hiked in them on a few occasions without issues, which is crazy to me. If I can find the model/style I'll either edit or reply to my comment. Edit: they're the Newport H2 sandals, though I bought them from REI back in 2018. Still, have held up to the test of time so far! (Side note, didn't pay $130 for them back then 😅)

Hello John buddy how's it going. Congratulations to you on Keen sending you these pair of shoes. I like those man they are nice. I'm really liking the colors too. Question John? You mentioned you had a wide foot wide foot. Do you know how wide is your foot is cuz I would like to try to get me a pair but I'm wondering if they will fit my wide foot. Also did you have any problems in the toe box area where your toes were getting crushed or anything like that cuz I didn't hear you mention anything about that. That was a great unboxing video man. What about the width of the shoe? Was that an issue? Did it have any effect on the comfort of the shoes? Was there any pressure or toe squeeze?

That’s not an insole, it’s the sock liner. When you take it out and look in the shoe, that’s the insole.

EEE foot here. I often have to buy a shoe that is too big in order to get the width I need. I like the video, but I don't think the shoe would be a good fit for myself. (not a fan of shoes with thick soles for various reasons)

Ok... So I love Keen. I have worn various Keen steel toe work shoes and boots for years. And it upsets me that these are not even an option for me. They do not appear to offer them in WIDE. Big people like to go outside too. I watched about a minute of this video before looking them up.... And that's where this video ends for me.

The only way I'll buy a $180 pair of trail runners is if they come with a $100 bill.

I have a couple pairs of Keen Austin shoes, for everyday wear, that I’ve worn to the office for years. These look interesting, but I thought they were more comparable to a Merrel Moab as a light hiking shoe than a trail runner. Not that that is good, or bad, just a different category of shoe. I haven’t seen these in person.

They're more comfortable than the Moabs, in my opinion. They're really built like a tank, too, just like the Moabs.

have u lost more weight again you seem like ur face keeps getting thinner and ur frame seems smaller. if so way to go bud. i love keen hiking sandles i worn mine down for the last 8 years needs replacing tbh but might grab this shoe and sandles. did u fee like the heel lock was what kept most of the water out from getting down in the shoe

I used to be a keen fan, but imo the quality went to $#*& so I’ve moved on. I love my hoka torrents, ver 1.

I agree with the wild colors btw. I have the black with lime green bits, so mild, lol. I can’t get into the wild colors myself.

#Sellout! Hahahaha In all seriousness their quality has gone downhill from a few years ago. You'll be happier with the trail runners you have now.
